Over $4 Billion Moved by Cryptocurrency Scams in Paraguay

Diosnel Alarcon, head of the cybercrime unit of the National Police of Paraguay, has indicated that over $4 billion was moved by cryptocurrency scams and Ponzi schemes in 2023 and 2024.
