Kraken Parent Payward Acquires Magic Wallet, Adding Technology Behind 60M Wallets

Payward has agreed to acquire Magic Labs’ wallet-as-a-service business, adding embedded, non-custodial wallets to the infrastructure platform behind Kraken.
